What is a Watson & Webb Certified Refurbished Product?

A Certified Refurbished product is a returned, open-box, or ex-demonstration unit that has been restored to rigorous factory specifications. We do not sell "used" equipment. Every Certified Refurbished airbrush compressor and spray gun undergoes a strict, multi-point diagnostic test and hygienic sterilisation process before it is approved for resale at an outlet price.

The 4-Point Certification Process:

Mechanical Diagnostics: Every compressor motor and spray gun valve is stress-tested to guarantee 100% functional airflow, pressure consistency, and speed control.

Ultrasonic Sterilisation: All hardware is chemically sanitised and ultrasonically cleaned.

Brand-New Consumables Guarantee: We never compromise on food safety. Any consumable items included in your kit—such as edible inks, colours, and cleaning fluids—are guaranteed to be 100% brand-new, factory-sealed, and legally compliant.

Repackaging & Warranty: The kit is repackaged with all necessary accessories, manuals, and protective casing, and is backed by our 90-Day Outlet Warranty.

Understanding Our Grading:

• Grade A (Pristine): Mechanically perfect. The unit is in near-mint condition but may exhibit microscopic, superficial blemishes on the outer casing from initial handling.
• Grade B (Good): Mechanically perfect. The unit will show visible, minor cosmetic scuffs or scratches on the housing.
